Meet the Title Agency Team

Arthur has gained comprehensive experience in title insurance, having performed every role possible in a title agency. His passion lies in educating and helping clients, ensuring they are informed and comfortable with their real estate transactions.

Pat began working in the title industry in 1986 and has been with DFCU Title Agency since 2012. Pat holds a Title Insurance Producers License in Michigan and is also a notary public. Pat has a passion for helping people and is always willing to share her knowledge to help them feel comfortable.

Lori is the “in-house detective” of DFCU Title. She began her career nearly 25 years ago, working for a title insurance underwriter, and quickly advanced in her career. She has great proficiency in knowing where to look and how to find the information needed to resolve title issues.

Andrea began working at DFCU Title in 2020 as an Escrow Processor, which includes coordinating closings, closing documents, and disbursement of closing proceeds to appropriate parties to a transaction. She has her Michigan Resident Producers Title license, is a notary public, and performs closings.
